Working Experience:
Datin Chan Heng Si (“Datin Chan”) was appointed as an Executive Director on 30 November 2018 and subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company on the 30 November 2018.

A law graduate of the University of London, Datin Chan received her Certificate of Legal Practice from the University of Malaya in 2002 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2003. She joined Messrs. Abraham Ooi & Partners as a Legal Assistant and was subsequently invited to be a Partner of Messrs. FL Foo & Co in December 2007. Practising in the real estate space, she has considerable experience advising on project development, real estate conveyancing and property financing.

Datin Chan is currently the Executive Director of M101 Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Sirocco Hospitality Group Sdn. Bhd. (“Sirocco”), M101 Holdings’ hospitality arm. Sirocco operates the RED by Sirocco Hotel, located at the M101 Dang Wangi building in Kuala Lumpur. She plays an active role in the Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association, having sat on several of its committees. She is also a board member of the Lions Club of KL Elite.

Datin Chan is the spouse of Dato Yap Ting Hau, the Executive Director and substantial shareholder of the Company.
